The business department visits mines to seek cooperation, obtains ore samples and brings them back to the company R&D department.

Upon receiving the ore samples and R&D directives, the department organizes a team, appoints a leader, formulates the R&D plan and writes the "Reagent Development Plan".

The leader determines the technical details according to the plan and the ore sample characteristics, conveys them to the experimenters and writes the "Reagent Development Checklist".

R&D staff develop the product according to the checklist. The chief engineer convenes relevant staff for scheme review; once approved, the leader proceeds with the approved scheme.

After the new reagent is developed, the product undergoes testing and validation.

After testing and validation pass, the product is applied in mine production.
