Description: Yellow and light yellow powder (or granular), easily soluble in water, easy deliquescence, pungent odor, can form insoluble compounds with cobalt, copper, nickel and other metal ions. Remarks: If the demander has special requirements, the products can be made according to the technical indicators or packing specifications specified in the Agreement.

Storage: This material should be stored in a cool dry well-ventilated area, it should be protected from heat,water or moisture.

As a collector, the selectivity of sodium ethyl xanthate is the strongest in xanthate line. It is widely used in the preferential flotation of fine flotability or complex sulfide minerals. It is also used in the flotation of copper, lead oxide ores in conjunction with vulcanizing agents. It is also used as precipitant in hydrometallurgical processes(eg. the refining of zinc electrolyte) and as sulfidation promoter of rubber.
